Bai Ling is a Chinese-born American actress. She had previously appeared in several Chinese movies before coming to the United States in 1991. Since then she starred in a number of American movies such as The Crow (1994), Red Corner (1997), Anna and the King. She did nude pose for the June 2005 issue of Playboy magazine.
In my opinion, she should be given the official "Queen of Nipple Slip" title, as she never fails to let out a nipple or boob in public!
